Sigourney Weaver Reveals Grogu's Influence on Her 'The Mandalorian & Grogu' Decision

In an exclusive interview, Sigourney Weaver attributes her participation in "The Mandalorian & Grogu" to the irresistible charm of Grogu (Baby Yoda).

"Scenes with little Grogu were a key factor in my decision to join the project," Weaver told GamesRadar+. "His badassery is sure to captivate audiences."

Despite limited details about her role, Weaver teases an influential character who dispatches the Mandalorian on a perilous mission.

The January 2024 unveiling of "The Mandalorian & Grogu" featured Pedro Pascal as the titular bounty hunter and Grogu, with Jon Favreau as director and Lucasfilm's Kathleen Kennedy and Dave Filoni producing.

Favreau expressed his excitement about expanding the story to the big screen. Jeremy Allen White is also set to join the cast as the son of Jabba the Hutt.
