HGTV's "Love It or List It" Returns with Page Turner as New Designer

Following Hilary Farr's departure, HGTV's popular show "Love It or List It" is set to return for Season 20 with Page Turner stepping into the designer role.

Turner brings her expertise from "Flip or Flop Nashville" and "Rock the Block" to the show, where she will compete with real estate agent David Visentin to help homeowners renovate their properties.

Each episode culminates in a decision from the homeowners: "love" their renovated home or "list" it for sale, pitting the designer and real estate agent against each other.

HGTV's Loren Ruch praised Turner's background in real estate and design, calling her a "superpower" in the competitive real estate rivalry.

The new season of "Love It or List It" will air this summer and is produced by Big Coat Media. HGTV is owned by Warner Bros. Discovery, with past seasons available for streaming on Max.
