Jury Duty Season 2 Moves to Corporate Retreat Setting

Los Angeles, CA - "Jury Duty," the hit comedy series originally released on Freevee, has been renewed for a second season on Amazon Prime Video, sources confirm. Season 2 will take place at a corporate retreat instead of a courtroom and was filmed in Agoura Hills, California.

Featuring a mockumentary style, Season 1 followed Ronald Gladden's experience as a juror in a trial that spiraled into chaos, ultimately revealing it to be staged with hired actors.

Showrunner Cody Heller expressed interest in exploring future seasons with different settings and storylines, while executive producers David Bernad and Todd Schulman agreed on the potential for the series to expand into various environments.

Created by Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky, "Jury Duty" features a cast including Mekki Leeper, Alan Barinholtz, Rashida "Sheedz" Olayiwola, and the return of Ronald Gladden.

In a separate development, Amazon has signed an overall deal with Gladden for content across various platforms.
