"XO, Kitty" Renewed for Season 3 on Netflix

The YA series "XO, Kitty" has been greenlit for a third season on Netflix. The announcement was made on the official Netflix X Twitter account. Season 2 premiered on January 16th, 2023.

"I'm thrilled to return to Seoul for another season with our exceptional cast and crew," said showrunner, executive producer, and writer Jessica O'Toole. "Prepare for even more drama in Season 3, including our first summer episode, plenty of romance, adventure, and, of course, lots of kissing."

Anna Cathcart reprises her role as Kitty Song Covey, with the supporting cast including Minyeong Choi, Gia Kim, Sang Heon Lee, Anthony Keyvan, Regan Aliyah, Audrey Huynh, and Peter Thurnwald.

"XO, Kitty" is a spinoff of the popular "To All the Boys I've Loved Before" film franchise. Plot details and the release date for Season 3 will be announced at a later date.

The official synopsis for Season 2 reads: "Kitty Song Covey, the teenage matchmaker from 'To All the Boys,' returns to Seoul for a new semester at KISS. Single for the first time in a while, she's ready for a fresh start. As she navigates new faces, unraveling secrets, and tested bonds, Kitty discovers the complexities of life, family, and love."

Jenny Han, the author of the "To All the Boys" novels, created "XO, Kitty" and serves as an executive producer alongside O'Toole and Matt Kaplan of ACE Entertainment. Awesomeness Studios produces the series.
