"Beautiful Ugly" by Alice Feeney to Be Adapted for Film by Hidden Pictures

Todd Lieberman's Hidden Pictures has acquired the rights to Alice Feeney's gripping psychological thriller "Beautiful Ugly."

Synopsis:

"Beautiful Ugly" delves into the life of writer Grady Green whose world is shattered when his wife, Abby, vanishes after a phone call ends abruptly. A year later, still haunted by her absence, Grady travels to Scotland and encounters a woman who bears an uncanny resemblance to Abby.

Production:

Hidden Pictures plans to develop and produce a film adaptation of the novel. Lieberman and Alex Young will serve as producers, with Feeney as an executive producer and David Glickman as an additional producer.

Alice Feeney's Legacy:

Feeney brings a wealth of experience to the project, having spent 15 years as a BBC journalist before becoming a bestselling author with novels such as "Sometimes I Lie" and "His & Hers." She has gained recognition for her ability to craft intricate and thought-provoking thrillers.
