AEG Announces International Business Realignment and Management Restructure

AEG has unveiled a realignment of its international business divisions and a new management structure:

* Asia-Pacific and Europe: Adam Wilkes has been appointed President and CEO of AEG Presents, Europe and Asia-Pacific, overseeing regional operations in both regions. Wilkes' previous role was instrumental in establishing AEG's presence in Asia-Pacific.

* International: Alex Hill has been promoted to President and CEO of AEG International, leading global real estate and venue operations outside the United States. Hill will continue to oversee European sports teams and the venue portfolio, including The O2 in London and German properties. Additionally, he assumes responsibility for new venue development in Asia-Pacific and other international regions.

Both Wilkes and Hill assume their new positions on February 1, 2025.
