Travis Scott's "4x4" Reigns Supreme on Billboard Hot 100

Houston rapper Travis Scott's first original solo release since 2023, "4x4," has debuted at the top of the Billboard Hot 100.

Scott premiered the powerful single during the halftime show of the College Football Playoff National Championship on January 20th. He紧接着发布了一部动作片音乐视频,同时也是哥伦比亚影片公司的模仿短片。

"4x4" follows the success of last year's re-release of "Days Before Rodeo," which topped the Billboard 200 a decade after its initial release. Scott's previous full-length album was "Utopia," which holds the record for his longest-running No. 1 album to date.

According to Luminate, "4x4" leads the Hot 100 with 6.2 million streams and nearly 3 million radio airplay audience impressions. It has also sold 167,000 digital and physical copies combined, with proceeds from the CD single and other merchandise sales benefiting Direct Relief's California Wildfire Response Fund.

Elsewhere on the singles chart, Shaboozey's "A Bar Song (Tipsy)" drops one spot to No. 5, while Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars' "Die With a Smile" climbs to No. 2 after winning a Grammy for best pop duo/group performance. Bruno Mars also appears at No. 3 with Rosé for "APT," and Kendrick Lamar features on SZA's "Luther" at No. 4.

Other notable entries include Teddy Swims' "Lose Control" at No. 6, Billie Eilish's "Birds of a Feather" at No. 7, Gracie Abrams' "That's So True" at No. 9, and Morgan Wallen's "Love Somebody" at No. 10.

Bad Bunny's "DtMF" rises to No. 8 on the Hot 100, while his album "Debí Tirar Más Fotos" ("I Should Have Taken More Photos") tops the Billboard 200 albums chart for a third consecutive week.
