This viewership surge represents a significant increase compared to the Season 2 premiere in 2022 (1.5 million viewers) and the series premiere in 2021 (944,000 viewers).

Between Sunday and Monday, the premiere episode amassed a combined viewership of 4.6 million viewers across all platforms in the U.S., a 90% increase from the Season 2 premiere during the same period.

Season 2 of "The White Lotus" averaged 15.5 million viewers, while Season 1 averaged 9.3 million viewers.

The series has received critical acclaim, with Season 3 holding a 93% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
