This stylish cinematic endeavor will redefine the revenge thriller genre, seamlessly blending high-octane action with intimate family dynamics. Get ready for an unforgettable clash between the old and new worlds.

K5 Intl., renowned for their recent successes such as Kevin Costner's "Horizon: An American Saga," joins the project as its international sales agent. They will commence negotiations at the Berlinale's European Film Market. Filming is slated to commence in Ireland in the early summer of 2025.

Reno embodies the titular Butler, a retired World War I commando who has left his violent past behind for the tranquility of a family butler's life. However, when ruthless mobsters crash his idyllic world, he is forced to confront his hidden past and engage in a heart-pounding showdown.

Director Tom Edmunds shares his vision: "'The Butler' is a unique blend of period action and intimate character study. Jean Reno's presence brings an unparalleled gravitas, perfectly capturing the duality of a hardened warrior who finds redemption in a new chapter of life."

The producing team behind "The Butler" boasts industry veterans Christopher Tuffin, Kevin DeWalt, Ari Novak, and Kevin Townsend. Strong Island, Brick Lane, and Minds Eye join forces to bring this cinematic adventure to life.

Tuffin, known for his collaborations with Luc Besson, highlights Reno's pivotal role in the genre: "Jean Reno has left an indelible mark on revenge thrillers. Having him lead this project is an immense honor."

"The Butler" also welcomes a stellar cast and crew: Amanda Delaplaine, Nadezda Motina, Aram Ovannisyan, Chris Ochs, and Andrew Bates serve as executive producers. Todd Slater and Brandon Evans from Brick Lane handle production services in Ireland.

Strong Island's legal and business affairs are expertly managed by Jere R. Hausfater and Larry Weinberg. Reno is represented by CAA and Gateway Management, while Edmunds is managed by Strong Island.

K5 Intl. continues its impressive track record with "The Butler," building upon the success of "Horizon: An American Saga." The upcoming release promises to be an unforgettable cinematic experience that will captivate audiences worldwide.
