Synopsis:
In a high-stakes prison on a remote Pacific island, DEA agent Jerry Simms (Kesy) and his cellmate Chato (Cedillo) uncover a vast drug operation masterminded by crime lord Diego Nunez.
Their mission takes a deadly turn when the legendary creature, known as "The Black Demon," ravages the prison, threatening their survival. Nunez unleashes his own monstrous sea predators to protect his empire, leading to an epic clash of behemoths.
