Star City Spinoff Expands Cast with Three New Series Regulars
The upcoming "Star City" spinoff of "For All Mankind" has added three new series regulars to its cast: Solly McLeod, Agnes O'Casey, and Alice Englert.
McLeod, known for his roles in "House of the Dragon" and "Tom Jones," will play Sasha, a reckless cosmonaut. O'Casey, who has appeared in "Black Doves" and "Dangerous Liaisons," will portray Irina, a new member of the Star City surveillance department. Englert, of "Ratched" and "Bad Behaviour," will star as Anastasia, an untested female cosmonaut in the Soviet Space program.
The spinoff, which focuses on the Soviet perspective of the alternate history space race, was announced in April 2024. It stars Rhys Ifans and Anna Maxwell Martin and is executive produced by "For All Mankind" creators Ronald D. Moore, Matt Wolpert, and Ben Nedivi. Wolpert and Nedivi also serve as showrunners.
