Pantheon Media Group Appoints Kelly Mullen as Head of Brands

Pantheon Media Group, a subsidiary of Endeavor's nonscripted content arm, has hired producer and marketing veteran Kelly Mullen as its Head of Brands. Reporting to Pantheon Media Group Chairman Steve Michaels, Mullen will be tasked with fostering collaborations, securing financing, and developing partnership models for the company's 20+ production shingles.

"Kelly's reputation and industry connections are unparalleled," said Michaels. "In today's competitive market, strategic partnerships that align with both brand messaging and project narratives are crucial. Kelly possesses the exceptional ability to bridge this gap, enabling us to secure innovative funding and greenlight more of our content."

Prior to joining Pantheon, Mullen held the position of Global Head of Entertainment and Culture Marketing at Unilever, where she established the company's in-house content studio. During her eight-year tenure, she received accolades including Cannes Lions and Clios, collaborating with platforms such as Apple TV+, Netflix, Peacock, Channel 4, and Roku to create branded content.

Mullen's career also includes experience in branded entertainment at Ketchum, an Omnicom-owned PR firm, where she led campaigns for Samsung, Nestle, and HP. Additionally, she has worked in feature film and television development at Creative Artists Agency, Paramount Pictures, and Groundswell Productions, serving as an executive producer on projects such as "Trumbo."

"Kelly has forged successful brand partnerships on a global scale," said Rebecca Sanhueza, Executive Vice President of Content Strategy and Development and Head of Nonscripted Content for Endeavor. "Her expertise in both brand and nonscripted production, coupled with her international perspective, makes her an ideal choice to lead Pantheon's initiatives in this rapidly evolving space."

Mullen expressed her enthusiasm for the role, stating, "I am thrilled to join this talented team of creative visionaries and am eager to cultivate partnerships that inspire, engage, and deliver lasting value."

Pantheon Media Group has experienced significant growth since Endeavor's investment in 2024. Notable milestones include:

* Acquisition of a stake in live media producers Done+Dusted
* Joint venture with Tyler Perry Studios to create unscripted content
* Investment in independent production house Ladywell Films
* Strategic investment in London-based Dare Entertainment

In December 2022, Pantheon Media Group underwent a rebranding, and Steve Michaels transitioned to the role of Chairman, with Jen O'Connell appointed as the company's new CEO.
