Fulwell and SpringHill Merger Finalizes

The merger between Fulwell 73 and SpringHill Co. is now complete. The combined entity will operate under the name Fulwell Entertainment, led by Fulwell 73 partners Ben Winston, Leo Pearlman, James Corden, Ben Turner, Gabe Turner, and SpringHill's Maverick Carter and LeBron James.

Fulwell Entertainment boasts offices in Los Angeles, New York, London, and Sunderland, UK. The merger creates a company with a diverse portfolio spanning unscripted content, documentaries, live events, scripted TV, film, branded content, and commercials.

Jesse Collins Entertainment remains under the Fulwell umbrella. In 2022, Fulwell invested in the company led by prolific TV event producer Jesse Collins, known for orchestrating award shows such as the Oscars, Emmys, Grammys, BET Awards, and Super Bowl Halftime shows.

Carter and Pearlman serve as co-CEOs of the newly formed company. The SpringHill brand will be maintained as a consumer brand, along with its lifestyle and content labels Uninterrupted, The Shop, and the brand consulting wing known as Robot.

Uninterrupted recently produced the 2024 Roku documentary "A Radical Act: Renee Montgomery," chronicling the groundbreaking WNBA player's transition to team owner and executive. Fulwell's unscripted label Bitachon365 has a slate of projects, including docu series, the "We Will Dance Again" feature documentary, and a film about fitness influencer "The Liver King" for Netflix's "Untold" franchise.

Jesse Collins Entertainment produced the Beyoncé-led halftime show for Netflix's inaugural NFL game telecast. Collins is also shepherding a primetime revival of "Hollywood Squares" for CBS.

The merger between Fulwell and SpringHill combines their complementary strengths and creates a well-diversified revenue base.
