ATX TV Festival Unveils New Screening, Live Show, and Honor for Christine Baranski

Austin, Texas—ATX TV Festival has expanded its lineup with a special screening, a live late-night show, and the presentation of the festival's Achievement in Television eXcellence Award to Christine Baranski.

Christine Baranski to Receive Achievement Award

Christine Baranski will receive the 2025 Achievement in Television eXcellence Award at the festival, which runs May 29-June 1. The honor recognizes her extraordinary contributions to the television industry, including acclaimed roles in "Cybill," "The Good Wife," "The Good Fight," and "The Gilded Age."

"Christine Baranski's versatility and presence as a performer are exceptional," said Jennifer Morgan, vice president of programming. "Her ability to elevate every role and series she graces speaks to her undeniable excellence."

Special Screening of "You Belong Here"

The festival will also present a special screening of the unscripted series "You Belong Here," produced by Steve Zahn and Rick Gomez's Macaroni Art Productions. The show follows chef and restaurateur Ouita Michel as she explores Kentucky cuisine, culture, and community.

Live Late-Night Show

ATX TV Festival will debut its first-ever live late-night show hosted by Emmy-winning writer Greg Iwinski. Joining him will be Jim Fagan and a team of veteran late-night comedy performers, with special guests to be announced.

Other Programming

Previously announced festival events include reunions for "The Leftovers" cast and the "UnREAL" team, a retrospective with Jon Hamm, a panel with Bill Lawrence and friends, and a live podcast taping of "Sidebar: A Suits Watch Podcast" with Patrick J. Adams and Sarah Rafferty.
